We at DBM try our best to ensure you have a wonderful satisfactory shopping experience purchasing our products.

Q: Received a defective or damaged item, how do I return it?

In the case that you have received an item that was defective or damaged, you may return the items in the same condition as you found it, with the original packaging. Once we receive the item, we will inspect the items. If the items are found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund of the item. (7-day refund policy).

Q: Received the wrong item, how do I return it?

In the case that you have received the wrong item, you can return the item in the same condition that you received the item in its original packaging. Once we have received the item, we would process the refund (7-day refund policy).

Q: When are returns not possible?

There are a few scenarios where we are unable to support returns.

  1. If the return is made outside of the 7 days from the delivery date.
  2. The product is not in the same condition as what you found it. (used or damaged
  3. Specific categories like earrings, freebies etc.
  4. Anything missing from the packaging that you have received, including labels, price tags, original packaging, freebies and accessories.

Q: I have changed my mind, can I return the items that I have bought?

If you change your mind before receiving the items, you can give us a call to cancel the order. We would be able to process the refund for the items. If you wish to return them after you have received the items, you have up to 7 days to return them. There are a few things that you need to keep in mind before returning.

  1. Is the item a non-returnable item (Earring, freebies)?
  2. Clearance items that are markdown and marked- non-returnable.
  3. Items that are marked Retail packaging never opened (Sealed/Closed Box) and is still with its Original Seal can be returned.

Q: How do I receive a refund if I paid by Credit Card

If you have paid through electronic means (Credit or Debit card), the paid amount will be refunded to your card. The amount paid may take up to a month to reflect on your card statement or Cash U, depending on individual’s bank process.
